ABOUT THE CAKE

After many recipe tweaks I am pleased to say I have found the perfect recipe that reflects my style of how the perfect cake should be. My recipe is a rich and fluffy medium density crumb with a moist texture that is interchangeable. I also offer a light sponge for those who enjoy a lighter style of cake.   

GLUTEN FREE 

I offer two different styles of gluten free cakes; both containing almond meal. I offer a GF chocolate sponge cake or a medium density cake in most of the flavours listed below.

VEGAN  

I offer one style of vegan cake which has a medium density crumb with a moist texture. The vegan cakes come in any of the flavours below with animal products substituted for vegan products.
