About the Cake

After many recipe tweaks I am pleased to say I have found the perfect recipe that reflects my style of how the perfect cake should be. My vanilla cake recipe is light spongy cake with the addition of almond meal folded through for extra nutty flavour. I offer two types of chocolate cakes, one has a soft and fluffy crumb which pairs nicely with lighter flavours, whilst the other is rich and dense, similar to a mud cake and pairs nicely with heavier flavours.
