Numbered/lettered cakes are made in the flavour of your choice. I also offer this cake in the style of a pavlova with freshly whipped cream ( can be made gluten free and dairy free)

They are dressed in macarons, Swiss meringues, in season florals and/or fruits depending on the styling of your event and your budget.

Depending on the size and shape of your cake there may be extra slices that can be dressed up and portioned from the left over cake if you need more servings.
